Chumba Spins Promotions for New and Returning Players

Our offers include no-purchase rewards as well as optional Gold Coin packages with free Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are for entertainment only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins are promotional entries for eligible sweepstakes games; qualifying winnings may become redeemable after the required play.

Welcome Bonus: Chumba First Spin

New players can collect 85,000 Gold Coins and 1.50 free Sweeps Coins through Chumba First Spin. There is no purchase requirement. To claim it, verify your email and mobile number, then select “Collect Welcome Coins” within seven days of registration. The reward is limited to one per person.

The Gold Coins can be used in standard GC games. Promotional Sweeps Coins are for eligible SC-enabled slots. They require one completed play at 1x their credited value before resulting eligible winnings can be redeemed. Identity and location checks apply before prize redemption.

First and Second Purchase Offers

Players who choose to buy Gold Coins may be eligible for introductory package enhancements. Purchases buy Gold Coins only; any Sweeps Coins included with a package are supplied free.

Opening Spin Pack is available for a first eligible Gold Coin purchase of at least $9.99 within 14 days of registration. It includes 240,000 Gold Coins, with 80,000 additional GC over the standard introductory package, plus 12 free Sweeps Coins. Chumba Encore is a second-package reward available with a second Gold Coin purchase of at least $24.99 within 30 days of registration. The package includes 625,000 Gold Coins and 27.50 free Sweeps Coins, plus a separate 125,000 Gold Coin reward collected from the Rewards page. Collect that extra GC within 72 hours. One Encore reward is available per account. A free alternative claim for the same Sweeps Coins opens on account day eight and closes on day 30, with no previous purchase required.

Daily Rewards, Free Spins, and Promotional Play

The Daily Spin Rhythm rewards a consecutive seven-day login streak. Open the Daily Rewards panel and collect each day’s reward; no purchase or gameplay is required.

Each Monday, Reel Spotlight features a non-progressive GC slot with 24 complimentary spins at 1,000 Gold Coins per spin. Opt in and collect the bundle by Thursday at 23: 59 UTC, then use it within 48 hours of collection. No purchase or previous play is required. Spins operate in GC mode, and all winnings are Gold Coins.

Weekly Campaigns and Special Events

Spin Passport is a weekly collectible campaign. From Monday through Friday, open that day’s Passport tile to collect a free stamp. Each unique stamp awards 12,000 Gold Coins. Collect three different stamps for 0.75 Sweeps Coins, and all five for an additional 1.25 Sweeps Coins. Completing the set also awards the final GC stamp reward, for a weekly maximum of 60,000 GC and 2 SC. Daily stamps expire at 23: 59 UTC, and milestone rewards must be collected by Sunday at 23: 59 UTC. No purchase or gameplay is needed.

On Wednesdays from 12: 00 to 23: 59 UTC, verified accounts can take one free spin on the Chumba Breaktime Wheel from the Rewards page. Every spin awards Gold Coins: 7,500 GC (50% chance), 20,000 GC (30%), 60,000 GC (15%), 150,000 GC (4%), or 600,000 GC (1%). The entitlement expires when the event window ends. Wheel rewards are GC only and cannot be exchanged for Sweeps Coins.

The Chumba Equal-Spin Cup is a free-entry weekend tournament. Register once between Friday at 18: 00 UTC and Sunday at 18: 00 UTC, then play 50 tournament-only spins at 1,000 tournament credits per spin on the designated slot. Rankings are based on total tournament credits won. Finish all spins by Sunday at 20: 00 UTC. There are no rebuys, purchased entries, or extra spins. Tied players share the GC prizes for the affected positions.

Prizes are 2,000,000 GC for first place, 1,000,000 GC for second, 600,000 GC for third, 200,000 GC per player in places four through ten, and 60,000 GC per player in places 11 through 25. Prizes are credited within 48 hours. Tournament credits expire when the event closes and cannot be redeemed or transferred.

Weekend and Monthly Coin Promotions

The recurring Friday Double Gold package offers 1,600,000 Gold Coins instead of the standard 800,000 GC with a purchase of at least $39.99. It also includes 40 free Sweeps Coins; the GC enhancement does not increase the SC allocation. Select the marked package in the coin store from Friday at 16: 00 UTC through Saturday at 23: 59 UTC. One enhanced package is available per account per weekend. It cannot be combined with Opening Spin Pack or Encore on the same transaction. A free alternative claim for the same SC allocation follows the same event window and shared claim limit.

The Chumba Community Drop provides 32,500 Gold Coins and 0.35 free Sweeps Coins on the second Thursday of each month, from 09: 00 to 21: 00 UTC. Enter code CHUMBABEAT on the Rewards page during the event window; the code also appears in the in-account announcement. Each eligible account can claim once per event. The offer is available throughout its window, rather than only to the first claimants, and does not require a purchase, referral, social-media activity, or sharing.

Chumba Circle Loyalty Rewards

Verified accounts are automatically enrolled in Chumba Circle. Earn one Circle Point for each Daily Spin Rhythm claim and two points for each Spin Passport stamp. Points are not earned from purchases, Sweeps Coin play, losses, or Gold Coin stake size.

Your tier is based on points earned in the previous calendar month and recalculated on the first day of each month. New accounts begin at Starter.

• Starter (0–19 points): 1x multiplier, 15,000 GC monthly gift
• Rhythm (20–44 points): 1.25x multiplier, 50,000 GC monthly gift
• Headliner (45–69 points): 1.5x multiplier, 175,000 GC monthly gift

The multiplier applies only to the Gold Coin portion of Daily Spin Rhythm; Sweeps Coin rewards are unchanged. Collect a monthly gift within seven days of tier assignment. Circle Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for either currency.

Main Stage members can also access Gold Reserve once per calendar month: a $99.99 package containing 3,750,000 Gold Coins, a 25% GC enhancement over the standard 3,000,000 GC package, and 100 free Sweeps Coins. Select it from the Circle page. A free claim for the same 100 SC allocation is available to all verified eligible accounts once per calendar month, and the purchase and free claim share one entitlement.

Birthday Reward

The Birthday Spin Note awards 125,000 Gold Coins and 1.75 free Sweeps Coins once per calendar year. Collect it from the Rewards page on your verified birthday or within the following six calendar days. Your account must be at least 30 days old, and your birth date must match your identity records. Purchase history and Chumba Circle tier do not affect eligibility.

How to Claim Chumba Spins Promotions

Claim methods depend on the offer. Daily Spin Rhythm rewards are collected through the Daily Rewards panel; event rewards and the Community Drop are accessed from the Rewards page. Spin Passport stamps are collected from their daily tiles, while Reel Spotlight requires opt-in and collection of the spin bundle. Package enhancements are selected in the coin store, and the Main Stage Gold Reserve is selected from the Circle page.

Some offers require a code, such as CHUMBAOPEN at checkout or CHUMBABEAT on the Rewards page. Others require no code. Follow the instructions shown with the offer, and check its deadline before claiming. For package-related Sweeps Coins, the free alternative entry route is available through Rewards → Free SC Entry when the relevant entitlement is open.

Important Promotion Terms

Promotions are for adults aged 21 or older, or the higher minimum age that applies in your location, and are available only in permitted jurisdictions. One account per person. Identity, residence, and location verification may be required to claim Sweeps Coins and are required before prize redemption. Self-excluded accounts cannot claim rewards, enter events, or purchase Gold Coins.

Gold Coins are entertainment-only credits: they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted into Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins are free promotional entries for eligible sweepstakes games. Promotional SC must be played once at 1x its credited value before resulting eligible winnings can be redeemed. Unplayed promotional SC expires 60 days after credit. Eligible winnings do not expire simply because an offer closes.

SC-enabled non-progressive slots contribute 100% toward the playthrough requirement. Progressive-jackpot games, table games, and video poker do not accept unplayed promotional SC. GC gameplay, tournament credits, and complimentary GC spins do not count toward SC playthrough. Unplayed promotional SC is used before eligible winnings within SC mode.

At least 100 eligible SC is required for a cash-prize request, or 25 eligible SC for a gift-card request. Each eligible SC represents $1 of prize value. Available redemption methods depend on location; cash requests require a supported payment account in the verified account holder’s name. Standard review takes three to five business days after complete documentation, with additional time possible for payment-provider delivery.

Offer windows, claim limits, and expiry dates vary. Daily rewards, Passport milestones, birthday rewards, and Community Drops may run alongside package offers, but only one package enhancement or purchase code applies to a transaction. Circle multipliers do not multiply Sweeps Coins, purchase packages, tournament prizes, or monthly gifts.
